Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we’ve received from our customers. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and we will get back to you shortly.
When should I place my order?
The best time to place your order is always sooner than later. For a reference we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks to ensure availability. A rush order option is available at an additional fee for orders placed less than 5 days from the expected date.
*please note rush orders are based on availability.
What is the minimum number of treats I can order?
Our treats require a minimum order of 1 dozen (12) to be placed at a time.
*This does not apply to holiday specials and sales
What are the prices of your cakes and treats
Please see our cake and treat pricing guide for a detailed list of base prices. The base price for our cakes are determined by size/serving requirements. Treats are priced per item but have a minimum order of 1 dozen.
Prices are subject to change based on factors such as but not limited to tiered options, premium cake and frosting flavours, fillings, design concept, intricacy level, edible images, shimmer/glitter/metallic, floral arrangements (fresh/faux/edible), rush orders, delivery, etc.
Can I order a flavour not listed?
Yes, at T'elicious we know that everyone has unique taste buds and we always want to accommodate that. With vast training our head baker prides herself in being able to create and change outstanding recipes to meet the needs of each and every customer.
Do you offer vegan items?
Yes, we do have vegan alternatives to some of our cakes and treats.
Do you offer gluten free items?
At this moment our only gluten free option Oatmeal Cranberry Orange cookies. Aside from that we do not provide any other gluten free products.
